About the Project
Essi Systems has been helping businesses develop the power of their human capital for over 20 years. Relevance helped bring Essi's vision of measurement and behavior change technologies to the web. Essi's 21 Day Club (TM) application provides personal assessment and change management services and supports custom branding for each of Essi's business clients.
When Essi Systems approached Relevance for a Rails Project Audit, the application was saddled with significant technical debt and running on ancient infrastructure. Relevance kept the existing production application on life support while re-architecting and rewriting the application for deployment on modern hardware. Today, the revamped 21 Day Club (TM) application supports tens of thousands of people.
