Stuart is the author of Component Development for the Java Platform. Stuart regularly speaks at industry events including the No Fluff, Just Stuff Java Symposiums and the Pragmatic Studio.

Justin Gehtland co-founded Relevance in 2003 with Stuart Halloway. He's been a programmer, author, and speaker since 1994. His 2005 book, "Better, Faster, Lighter Java" won the Jolt Award for Technical Writing, and he has authored 8 technical books in all. He is currently focused on expanding Relevance's Ruby practice and building the best team of agile developers in the known universe.

Glenn is always searching for ways to improve the state of software development, and was an early adopter and proponent of Ruby, Rails, and agile practices.

Venkat is known for his passion, enthusiasm, and ability to impart complex concepts using clear analogies and examples. Venkat co-authored the 2007 Jolt Productivity Award-winning book Practices of an Agile Developer and authored .NET Gotchas. Venkat is frequently invited to speak at international conferences and user groups. He has over 15 years experience developing software applications and teaching software development practices to thousands of software developers in US, Canada, and Europe.

Jason Rudolph is a Principal at Relevance and is author of the book, "Getting Started with Grails." Jason speaks frequently at software conferences and user groups, and he has more than nine years of experience in developing software solutions for domestic and international clients of all sizes, including start-ups, Dow 30 companies, and government organizations. Jason holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

He loves Ruby, timeless design, and simple software that gets stuff done. Rob is a believer and practitioner of common-sense agility, open source, and software that is fun to create and fun to use.

Muness brings 11 years of experience developing software in a variety of domains using the right tools for the job at hand. Muness builds resilient systems that can adapt to changing business needs. To that end he has been a proponent of agile practices, Ruby on Rails, Domain-Specific Languages (DSLs) and tagging.

Erik Yowell is the interface design engineer at Relevance, working on all aspects of design, usability, and user interfaces. While acting in the capacity of a multi-faceted designer and developer for 10 years, Erik developed web sites for the Federal government, Fortune 500, entertainment media and educational organizations.

Aaron brings the ability to quickly ninja any application. His passion for spreading the security word via his blog is kicking off a new wave of security consciousness throughout the Ruby community and creating an avalanche of better development practices. His passion for exploring new technologies and traveling new roads has quickly shot him up through the Ruby industry and on to the Relevance team.

Geof Dagley has developed software for over 10 years, for startups and global business and services companies. He has taught programming classes around the U.S. and is always searching for new ideas to share with others. He loves Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and simpler software solutions. Geof has a degree in Aerospace Engineering, because some software problems do require a rocket scientist.
